-
Official Consultation
Contact the official customer service via phone or online: Guo Jing +86 181 3962 2229 (WhatsApp).
Key questions to ask: Seat availability for your target date, specific pricing policies, and promotions.
-
Seat Reservation & Lock
After confirming your choice, provide the following to your customer service representative or travel advisor: booker information, selected itinerary, cabin type and quantity, and number of travelers. The representative will temporarily lock your seats (typically for 24–48 hours) and send a Booking Confirmation for verification.
- Contract Signing & Deposit Payment
Once verified, sign the official Domestic Tourism Contract online. Pay the booking deposit (¥20,000 per person) as specified in the contract. Your seats are officially confirmed only after the deposit is paid. Please retain all payment receipts.
