1. Tangbula Grassland has a large temperature difference between day and night. The nighttime temperature in July may drop to as low as 5°C, so bring a down jacket.

3. There are many mosquitoes on the grassland. It is recommended to wear light-colored long-sleeved clothing and carry mosquito repellent spray.
4. Respect the customs and habits of various ethnic groups. Do not step on the threshold when entering a yurt.
5. Bottled drinking water is provided throughout the trip. It is not recommended to directly drink untreated mountain spring water.
